Welcome to our beach home located at Shellys Beach – Emu Park

The beach house is situated literally a sand–dune away from the foreshore. A place to play, relax and unwind. Emu Park's business centre, Singing Ship and Anzac Walk can be accessed by a short drive by car or easily accessed via leisurely walk along the foreshore.

Our 4 bedroom, high set house provides excellent breezes and frontal sea views.

Upstairs contains a large front deck, with main living/dining area a modern kitchen with granite bench–tops, bathroom with shower/toilet, two bedrooms have built-ins with the master bedroom having a queen size bed and 2nd bedroom with two singles. There is a 50" LED TV and Blue-Ray DVD player. Microwave, Oven, newly installed LED lighting and Ceiling Fans. All bedrooms and the main living area is fully air-conditioned for your extra comfort.

Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a queen and the other has two king-singles which, are able to be joined together to make a king size. Our downstairs laundry contains a new washing machine & dryer with a useful second toilet and shower.

The double lock up garage has tilt-able doors and a 2nd fridge and table-tennis table is also provided.

The house comes with all linen and kitchen essentials that you require for an enjoyable stay.
